Jessica has over 15 years of experience in office management within the finance and accounting industry. Having come from a CPA office, Jessica has a built‑in attention to detail and a strong instinct to make sure everything is checked, balanced, and accurate. Since stepping into her current role in 2019, Jessica has become an integral part of the firm’s operations, supporting both leadership and clients through strong organization skills and thoughtful coordination. She oversees office and operations management, manages complex calendars, coordinates events, and serves as a key liaison between clients and trusted third‑party professional partners to ensure meetings and engagements run seamlessly. As part of her leadership support role, Jessica manages the firm’s human resources and compliance functions, helping to uphold a structured and collaborative workplace.

Outside of the office, Jessica is a devoted wife and mother to two energetic boys and two dogs. With her sons heavily involved in sports, she can often be found cheering from the sidelines as their biggest fan. In her free time, when she can find it, Jessica enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and indulging her love for all things Disney. An extreme sports enthusiast at heart, she enjoys trips to the river and the desert whenever time allows. A loyal Los Angeles Chargers fan, Jessica brings the same energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does 
to her work.
